ST. PAUL, Minn., March 9, 2017—AgriBank today announced the results of elections for four positions on its 18-member board of directors as well as the return of its chair and vice chair. The elections took place this week at the AgriBank 2017 Annual Meeting in San Antonio.
CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR
MATTHEW WALTHER (CHAIR)
Matt Walther, of Centerville, Ind., has a farming operation consisting of 2,000 row crop acres of corn, soybeans and wheat, and a 120-head cow/calf herd. He has served on the AgriBank board since 2011.
KERI VOTRUBA (VICE CHAIR)
Keri Votruba, of Hemingford, Neb., owns and operates a family farming operation consisting of wheat, corn, alfalfa, peas, sunflowers, cow/calf and a background lot. He has served on the AgriBank board since 2004.
DIRECTORS
DALE CRAWFORD
Dale Crawford, of Sullivan, Ill., farms 1,200 acres of corn and soybeans. He previously served on the Farm Credit Illinois Board of Directors and as a director on the Farm Credit Council.
RICHARD H. DAVIDSON
Richard Davidson, of Washington Court House, Ohio, is president of Davidson Farms, Inc. and vice president of DSF, Inc., a grain farm, cow/calf herd, and beef cattle operation. He has served on the AgriBank Board of Directors since 2005.
TIM ROWE
Tim Rowe, of Elwood, Neb., raises corn, white corn, soybeans, and alfalfa, and runs a livestock operation that includes a cow-calf herd, a custom backgrounding feedlot, and finishing. Rowe is a past member of the AgriBank and FCSAmerica Boards of Directors.
RICHARD PRICE
Richard Price, of Stanley, Wis., owns and operates a dairy farm in north central Wisconsin. Price previously served on the United FCS Board of Directors.
